P3SP offers Sports Specific Team Training for athletic organizations such as clubs, leagues and individual teams. P3SP workouts are designed and customized per the request of each team’s coach. Coaches and teams have the option to create a schedule for training. If the athlete misses a session, they have the option to sign-up for a semi private training session that same week. Workouts will differ each day. Each session begins with an active warm-up and end with static stretching. Each session is for 1 hour.
