Aaron "Coach A-Rob" Robinson
Athletics and sports became apart of Aaron’s life at a very early age. At the age of 13, he was recognized as one of the top gymnasts in the country, and competed with the USA Junior Olympic team. In high school, Aaron was a 3-sport letter winner in football, basketball and track and field. He then traveled halfway across the country from Minneapolis, Minnesota to attend the University of Arizona on a track and field scholarship under Coach Fred Harvey. Aaron earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Psychology and received his Master’s Degree in Coaching with an emphasis on Exercise Science.
Upon graduation from college, Aaron turned his focus on understanding how the human body functions both during sports and everyday movement. He advanced quickly in the Fitness Industry and began working with a number of USA Olympic Softball, MLB and NFL players. After 3 seasons with the Houston Astros organization, Aaron founded P3 Specialized Performance, where he trains a number of top A-list clients such as, Olympic Gold Medalist Ashton Eaton, MLB star George Springer and current NFL veteran DT Jonathan Babineaux.
Aaron understands that it takes more than reading a book and being tested on it to prove that one can be a top trainer. He has learned that with his passion, commitment, and experience, he is capable of getting the most out of each athlete.
