P3SP has designed Semi-Private Training Programs that allow members to sign up for an available class of their choice 1 or 2 times a week. After, members can stay and train for as long as they wish on their own. Programs cover every aspect of the athlete’s sport or members focus, including flexibility, stability, speed, quickness, core development and strength training. The session consists of an active warm- up, speed, skill and strength training.

If there are any concerns coming from your coach, you will be notified as soon as possible. When participating in any program created by Coach A-Rob, you are agreeing to not hold Aaron Robinson liable for accidents or injuries. Before participating in any exercise program, we ask you that you please consult with you doctor or physician. Aaron Robinson / www.p3-sp.com EXPLANATION OF PROGRAM: The exercise program you are enrolling in is designed to improve your physical work capacity (fitness level) and is individualized. These Online Workouts will consist of various exercises that include Cardiovascular Training, Weight Training, Kettlebell/Medicine ball training, Core training, Speed / Agility Training, Plyometric/Hurdle/Stair/Ladder/Step Stool/Towel training and more. POSSIBLE RISKS: The potential risks associated with exercise include: exhaustion, fatigue, fainting, discomfort, pain, high blood pressure, high heart rate, high respiration rates and, on rare occasions, heart attack, stroke, or death. The occurrence/non-occurrence of these events depends largely on the exerciser’s ability to recognize his/her own signs/symptoms and take the appropriate action; for example, reducing the intensity of exercise or sitting down to rest. By accepting/signing this form, you acknowledge that you will not hold Aaron Robinson and/or Coaches liable for these risks. POTENTIAL BENEFITS: The potential benefits of regular exercise are well documented and can be summarized to include the following: helps control weight, helps you relax, improves your physical work capacity, reduces the risk of heart disease, helps you look and feel better, and helps you live longer. However, the benefits may only be available to those who participate in a regular exercise program of sustained intensity. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please note that payment is due on your first day of membership and NO REFUNDS, partial or complete, will be issued for any reason including that of injury, illness, or relocation of the member. There is also no transfer of membership to another party. CONSENT BY SUBJECT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN: I have read the foregoing, I understand it, and any questions, which may have occurred to me, have been answered to my satisfaction. I am in good health and do not have any medical condition that could be aggravated by participation in this program, nor would a physician advise me not to participate in this program for any reason.
