P3SP has designed Semi-Private Training Programs that allow members to sign up for an available class of their choice 1 or 2 times a week. After, members can stay and train for as long as they wish on their own. Programs cover every aspect of the athlete’s sport or members focus, including flexibility, stability, speed, quickness, core development and strength training. The session consists of an active warm- up, speed, skill and strength training.
