About the Event
P3SP is a sport-specific training facility focused on youth to professional athletes. We help athletes become stronger, faster, and more powerful. Our goal is to have our athlete’s take what is learned about their bodies and convert it into “real sport situations and movements.
Our 1 hour workouts can help you succeed where others leave you undersized, overloaded, and underwhelmed, not to mention over-priced.
Phase #101 will focus on the fundamentals of form running, running mechanics, agility, and strength & conditioning. The 45-minute agility training followed by a 45-minute weight intense training session will teach you everything you need to be one of the top athletes on your team.
*We added an additional week for anyone who has to miss any time
