My name is Christian Trejo, owner of Fuerza Sports Recovery. I’m a Houston native that loves working with athletes and helping them reach their maximum performance. I’ve played soccer at a high level all my youth, but now I share my knowledge and expertise to develop healthier athletes in our community.

 

I’m currently a Licensed Sports Massage Therapist with NASM Certifications in Personal Training, Performance Enhancement, and Corrective Exercise. I love what I do and here at Fuerza Sports Recovery we believe that you shouldn’t aim for just one great game but to many more pain FREE!
